Every figure is your own entry, each bill annualised at the period you pay it and divided by the shares above. Nothing here is a cost this site publishes, and none of it carries a source or a checked date.

What your numbers say

At the shares you set
$711
is the flat for a week, across 3 bills. With nothing added it is zero, not an estimate of anything.
$36,980
is the same total for a year, the common ground every bill is converted to before they are added.
Rent
is the largest single bill by year, at $33,800.
$356
is the largest share of the week, carried by Flatmate A at 50% of the whole.

How to use it

Each bill keeps the period you pay it

A weekly power bill and a monthly internet bill cannot be added as they stand, so each is converted to its yearly figure first. Every other figure on this page is that total read as a week or a year.

Only the shares you state are treated as fixed

With every share left blank the bills are divided equally between the flatmates listed. Type a share against one person and they carry that percentage of the whole; the rest is divided equally between everyone else. Shares that add to more than the whole are shown as they are, not quietly scaled down.

Your figures are yours

Every number here comes from what you entered and is kept in this browser or in your account. There is no source line and no checked date against a bill or a share, because a cost of yours is not a figure this site publishes.
