SHB bonus amounts and the RA commitment

The base SHB is S$30,000 when the household commits to a net increase of S$60,000 in the CPF RA after right-sizing. The bonus is pro-rated for smaller commitments at S$1 per S$2 of net RA increase. An additional S$10,000 is added for right-sizing to a 2-room or smaller flat, regardless of the RA commitment. This brings the enhanced maximum to S$40,000 from 1 December 2025. For owners of private residential property with Annual Value between S$21,000 and S$31,000, the SHB is up to S$10,000, pro-rated at S$1 per S$6 committed, plus the additional S$10,000 for a 2-room or smaller flat, for a maximum of S$20,000.
